This is the best simple fruit dip recipe made with just two ingredients: marshmallow fluff and cream cheese. Both ingredients are fairly low-cost. All you need is a serving bowl and spoon! You don’t even need those measuring cups for this quick recipe.

Marshmallow Fluff and Cream Cheese are the only ingredients you need. Some other recipes will call for cool whip or powdered sugar. We are keeping it simple here.

When you make this, find fruits that are in season and on sale. Organic produce is usually going to cost more in the store. However, you can get away with purchasing kiwi and pineapple that are not organic since they are part of the “clean 15” that are known to have less pesticides than other produce. How to Serve Simple Fruit Dip

You will need a medium sized serving bowl and a mixing spoon and of course whatever you wish to dip in the dip.

This is a half and half recipe. You can make however much you choose but the ratio will be 1/2 cream cheese and half marshmallow fluff. You can eyeball it. It does not have to be exact.

Soften your cream cheese in the microwave for about 10 seconds. You can also allow it to come to room temperature first if you do not wish to use your microwave.

Stir in the marshmallow fluff until the dip is smooth.

Serving Simple Fruit Dip

This fruit dip is perfect for fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple and apple slices. I even enjoy adding some graham crackers to the serving tray for a little added interest and texture.

Just be warned, you could end up making this every week. It’s that good and that easy.

Serve this dip as a snack, side for lunch or dessert!

Making Ahead: You can make this dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 7 oz Marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, soften your cream cheese by either letting it come to room temperature or microwaving for 10 seconds.
  • Add your marshmallow fluff and stir together with a spoon until the dip is nice and smooth without lumps.
  • Serve with cold fruit, graham crackers or cookies.
